Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donation cancellation

A donation cannot normally be cancelled after it has been successfully processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days with the payment ID and order ID.

Refunds

We will review requests for duplicate payments, unauthorised payments, or payments affected by a technical error. If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

Failed or pending payments

If your bank shows a debit but the donation is not confirmed, contact us with your Razorpay payment details. We will check the transaction status before arranging any resolution.
